    My dirty little secret…

    Before I went on holiday I bought this album via iTunes.

    The link is associated with my Amazon Affliates ID which means if you buy it I get a cha-ching back ;)

    I reckoned that military folk running to cadence were going to be able to maintain a nice steady pace versus “normal” running music. I can vouch for this album (assuming you’re no peacenik), as being that invisible coach to push you on when you’re starting to flag. There’s a guy on the album who sounds like Elvis, that alone should merit its purchase.

      I’ve just listened to a few samples. Do you think it will work without you joining in with the chants - or do you already shout as you run?

      Works great with or without joining in ;) Too worried I’ll get sectioned if I join in whilst I’m out and about running.
