    Yes, I’ve been away. Blame BT. I’m coming up to a month sans interweb, if you include early disconnection from our previous place.

    Since the loss of interweb (to be referred to as the dark ages for the remainder of this post) I’ve run two races. I’ve been able to feed these races into the RunningAhead Race Time predictor (my predict-o-matic uses this calculation) and my current predicted time for the marathon is now 4 hours, 2 minutes and 18 seconds.

    Methinks I’m gonna have to put in a little something extra in these last few training weeks (only five to go).

    Sorry no pretty graphs, gonna just have to wait till we come out of the “dark ages”.
