Web links for August 27th
By booyaa | August 28, 2007
These are my links for August 27th:
- Curveball via Wiiscape (http://www.eiksoft.com/wii/index.htm) - Now this is the game I expected to play in the year 2000. Whilst wearing my silver suit and eating my meal in a pill. The CPU player is a bit random, I whipped his ass upto level 3 in one game and then got beat in level 1 in another. Score: 1
- Pointer via Wiiscape (http://www.eiksoft.com/wii/index.htm) - A nice game of skill, reminds me of one of those don’t touch the wire games. The greyscale is a nice retro touch. Graphics are a bit crap. Score: 1 star
- Duck hunt via Wiiscape (http://www.eiksoft.com/wii/index.htm) - A faithful reproduction of the NES classic. I suspect I’m crap at the game or the cross hair needs a little bit more inertia for Wiimotes compared to a mouse. It’s a bit too retro for me. Score: 1 star
- A stunning video of a new image manipulation technique that can resize image with little or no skew (via TechCrunch) -
