    Training log: Long 9.5 miles @ 10:47/mile pace

    Apparel: dri fit shorts, cotton tee, 1000 mile socks
    Temp: Cool, with the occasional warm breeze (can they be warm?)

    Fuel: Pre: banana Post: mushroom risotto with gorgonzola cheese
    Aches/injuries: very gassy stomach, a few stitches and a slight ache on the right.
    Notes: It was very dark by the time I got as far as the riverside walk next to hampton court. This must’ve slowed as I didn’t want to trip over anything. I think I may have kicked a bunny by mistake, it was soft and wasn’t poopy feeling. Oh and I saw a fox!
