Notes: First run in Richmond Park in a long while (was inspired by Angela’s recent adventures), got lost trying to find Kingston gate (it’s the 3rd gate after Roehampton if you keep to the left trail). GPS was aweful, it missed out run from putney to roehampton road
The garmin didn’t lock on a signal until I got as far as Roehampton road (or is it lane?). I lost two miles! Argh!
Nice to see I was mostly running
I’m still pushing my body too hard, long runs should be in the high end zone 88% of HR Max surely?
