Notes: Lou’s Week 2 Run 2. Looks like I misread the training plan and the 5m warmup isn’t part of the 20 minute jog/walk. Whoops! Also set the garmin for xc skiing! Must remember to look at the little stick man to see what sport I’m tracking. I’ve been really pleased with Lou’s progress, I can’t wait till we’re past the jog/walk stage. Go you Lou!
