An update from the allotment annex aka chez boolou

    By booyaa | April 25, 2008

marigold bob mrs. booyaa has bought us some seeds from the following websites:

on earth day (tuesday) we killed the lights and most of the electricity in the house. i “attempted” to sow some seeds by candle light. it was certainly different, i was mostly worried i would burn the flat down to the ground. i’m pleased to report this did not happen and in a few weeks time we should have the following seedlings to plant out:

most of the seeds have been covered with clingfilm to trick them into thinking they’re in a propagator. man i hope they can’t read, ’cause they will be miffed if they find out.

i’ve got to make a dash to the storage place to pick up our real propagator, along with a folding chair and table so we can have lotty furniture.

yes i’m aware there’s a few f1’s in there, we’re both hoping to avoid such varieties in future and stick with heirloom when ever possible. oh i did say we were trying to go organic didn’t i? and on a militant tip too i should add *dons his beret* POWER TO THE PEA POLE! sorry.

    facts and figures
our current expenditure is about £125
