    but i just signed up for the nike plus human race 10k in london at the end of august!

    i’m very, no scratch that, i am totally jazzed about this!

    i’ve got a warm up 3.5 miler, the jp morgan chase challenge on the 10th of july. prior to my completing the edinburgh marathon i ate 10k runs up for breakfast, nowadays i’m not so sure i could complete them with ease.
