Challenge BOOYAA!
This is a new thing, kinda like Challenge Anneka sans Anneka Rice. And well I don’t get called on Friday at 4PM to make something miraculous happen by 5PM sameday. Actually it’s nothing like Challenge Anneka. Feh!
100 Bushy Park Time Trials
The Bushy Park Time Trial has a special place in my heart - it was my first ever race. A milestone (well in the case 3.1 milestones) in my marathon training. So I’ve decided one of my long term goals is to run 100 Bushy Park Time Trials.
So far I have run 7 time trials.
Whilst I don’t plan on running every Saturday from now until I reach 100 time trials, if I did, it would take me until at least June 2009 to reach my goal! This is looking more and more unlikely since I am averaging 2.3 BPTTs a year!

Going veggie for a month
In all the excitement of the Nike+ challenges I joined the Vegetarians vs. Carnivores as a Carnie. Sadly the Veggies are getting whooped, so for the rematch I have been allowed to be an honourary Vegetarian, provided I go veggie for the month of September!
I have a pet theory that I will actually become faster as part of a meat free diet. Lou will act as an observer and will also advise me on what is and isn’t kosher in the veggie diet.
Simply put, this challenge fails if I eat anything meaty!
